Mental and Emotional Support

Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) Helpline: 1800-221 4444 (24 hours)

SOS is a secular non-profit organisation which provides 24-hour confidential emotional support to people who have difficulty coping during a crisis, who are thinking of suicide or affected by suicide.

Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Helpline: 1800-283 7019 (Mon to Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm)

SAMH provides counselling services for anyone with psychological, emotional or relationship issues and their families.


Children Emotional Support

Tinkle Friend Helpline: 1800-2744-788

Tinkle Friend is a national toll free helpline and chatline for all primary-school-aged children in Singapore and provides support, advice, and information to lonely and distressed children, especially in situations when their parents or main caregivers are unavailable.

SG Enable is a website with information on residential and home care services available to disabled persons.
